Shipping and returns policy for Pregyanam
We ship across India. A flat shipping charge of INR 100 is applied to every order and included in the final total at checkout.
Orders are delivered in 2 to 3 days across India. You will receive tracking details once your order is shipped.
We accept returns only when the package or the book arrives damaged. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days. Shipping charges are non-refundable except where the return is due to a defect on our part.
If you receive a damaged or incorrect edition, we will arrange a replacement at no additional shipping cost.
